Breathing Meditiation

Proper breathing 

The easiest and most effective techquine is based on the simple notion of proper breathing if our breathing is slow and Controlled, we will immediately reduce Hyperalertness

 

  • Sit down & close eyes
  • insomnia
  • place right hand on stomach & left 
  • image a blue balloon in your stomach 
  • Breath Slowly ten times using the following Techquines
  • Breath in throught your nostrills & image the ballon filling up in your stomach
  • EXHALE AND ALLOW ALL THE AIR TO FLOW OUT OF YOUR BODY
  • Reapeat to yourself “relax relax relax” and say the number ten 
  • (note Repeat the above 10 times counting backwards from 10 to 1 )
