Autosuggestion exercise


This exercise takes only a few minutes and should be practice at least twice a day .You may keep your eyes closed or open Do this exercise slowly . Never practice this while you are driving  you may say the following suggestion quietly to yourself quietly or out loud. All it requires is concentration. if possible , commit these suggestions to memory 

I feel clam, I feel relax, I feel control…Iam calm….Iam relaxed….Iam in control ……..I feel safe,……i feel secure,…..iam in controll i feel safe ….im letting go as i let go all my muscle groups begin to relax ….I feel clam….I feel relaxed….I feel in controll

My subconscious mind is now open to receive the helpfull and beneficial suggestion Im about to give my self … i feel good about my commitment to take off 1 1/2-2 lbs each weak (repeat 3x) I NEED my body to live (repeat 3x) time …… Overeating is like poistion binge-eating-help

I reached my goal weight after I stopped routinely buying snacks at the grocery store. If I wanted a bag of chips or a candy bar, I had to walk to the store to get it.
